I can honestly say that your summation of my hatred of Les Miles originated from that Tennessee game. Although it wasn't for his Brittney Spears headset. Mostly because we blew a f'ing 20 point lead. But I digress.
What I hate now is the shear ineptitude of an Administration that said "frick it, let's just hire a bunch of old dudes and serve the fans some warmed over bullshite". I hated Les because Les really had a chance of not being a moron and failed, while Orgeron IS a moron with no chance of being anything better than a drunk coonass.
I hate Alleva right now way more than I hate O or hated Les.

“Delusional expectations”?! Are you kidding me! If our expectations should be lower, then why fire Miles to begin with? Let him get us 9-4 and 8-5 and we’ll save all the buyout dollars.

He hired Ensminger. Good/Bad remains to be seen. Canada critics have been quick to point out that SE had better stats in 2016 than MC did in 2017. Qualified? SE has been on the staff a lot of years. He’s not been OC anywhere for a long time.
Will he be a flash in the pan? Doubtful.
Will he help stabilize and change a very weak QB development culture? Hopefully yes.
Can he get the job done in a steady, if not flashy manner? Most surely.
Will all LSU fans be satisfied? Not likely.
Have all LSU fans ever been satisfied with anyone or anything? Never.
So let’s chill and let things play out next season. It will quickly jell or unravel then.

What it comes down to is this is a gd joke. It may work out and we will all look stupid BUT there is no excusing Alleva’s lack of doing due diligence for finding coaches. It’s a damn charade and people are fed up. Then Orgeron, who should be kissing arse to have this job is going back on his word on a few big items.

How can you even compare Miles to O? As far as O not failing, what do you call this new OC experiment. He lied to us about getting the best coordinators and to me when you lie to me you have failed me.
