Is LSU Basketball a 20-Win Team This Year?

LSU plays 30 games regular season this year, 10 OOC and 20 SEC games. LSU is 6-2. I say yes, 22-8, and is a tourny team in March. In Wade we trust!

Unlikely we win 20 in the regular season this year. Will be an exciting year for the Tigers though.

Yes they can. If we could get Reath to play with the aggressiveness of Epps we’d be great. May have to go with a small lineup and use our guard depth to be at our best.

I freaking love the way this team plays and I think Wade will have us competing for championships soon...
But I think y'all are setting yourselves up for disappointment if you're expecting this team to win 20 games. That would require us to win out in non conference and go 10-8 in sec play.
IMO the goal should be to win out the rest of non-conference play and win somewhere around 7-8 conference games in a very tough SEC this year

One thing I know for sure. This team will keep getting better and better throughout the season. Will Wade knows what he's doing. It's important for us though to win these next few games before we play Kentucky.

The Kentucky game on 1/3 is a very important game for the young Tigers. With a big win over the Wildcats, it will carry this team far into the season.

Like in most sports need to stay injury free and 20 wins are Very possible.

It's a difficult prediction at this point of the season, depends on what's going on with the rest of the SEC. But this team is making improvements each game and they have the player's to make a serious run at the SEC title. These guys can score with anybody, just need to tighten up that perimeter defense and hit the defensive boards with a little more tenacity. I haven't noticed guys blocking out a lot on the boards so I don't know if Wade stresses that technique, regardless, they got to get better to make that run at the title and 20 wins. But, they are very well capable of it. And they will get better. As good as Waters is, he is still only a freshman with a few games of collegiate basketball under his belt. Counting the SEC tourney, yea, I believe they get 20 wins.

If the keep playing like they did today and like the did against Michigan it’s possible. Need a few more upsets and on a good note we get one of best players back soon.

This.
Right now this team is still awful defensively. Particularly when it comes to defending the 3. That's going to make it tough to win in the road. Also, the SEC is VERY good this season. 5-7 SEC wins should be the expectation. Anything more and Wade has done a terrific job.
