Justin Vincent's opinion on Key and Guice

In a interview yesterday, with Ben Love from the Lafayette sports station 103.7, Justin Vincent stated that Key had a 45% chance of coming back, and Guice had a 65% chance of coming back. Look at the interview around the 10 minute mark, that is when he starts to answer the question.
Just passing this on. I do not know if he has any inside information. I just know that he is now affiliated with TAF and the program.
Justin Vincent's Opinon on the return of Key and Guice
Edit: Personally I don't think there is a chance for either and I think it would be in there best interest to leave.

It’s a different type of recruiting....trying to keep players. I always thought Miles was very good at helping players make this decision.
Maybe O is really selling them on staying instead of pushing them to leave.

I’m not an O fan, but it has to be a tough spot for a coach. He’s paid to win and obviously Key and Guice would make next years team significantly better, so obviously any coach would want the back.
But, if he really is a players coach with their best interests at heart, he really HAS to tell them to leave. Their is no reason to stay and risk injury.
And don’t give this BS about completing their education. If they want to do it, they can as moneubearnkng NFL players. Tons of pro athletes have gotten degrees after turning pro.

Not sure if JV gets any insight from a relationship with both players...rather doubt it. Just think he is way off base. Would be a pleasant shock if either returned.

You thought Miles was good at helping players with the decision?? Umm, that would be no
How many players left that weren't ready? A bunch

It was Dale Brown who urged Shaq to leave.
It's a tough spot for a coach who truly wants what is best for his players. I think if he is asked by the players for advice he should divulge the pros and cons of either choice.
I think they both depart.

Was this after an all nighter at Reggies?

Meh, most who left early made it in the NFL. The only that jump out would be Malachi (not even Miles) and Sam Montgomery.
The point was, that Miles gave sound and unbiased advice to them. Whether they listened or not is another story.

So the OP posts a link to what JV says in an interview and gets downvoted. Also, JV says there’s a chance and we get the absolute crowd saying 0% cause they just hate their lives. I’d say the percent is lower than what JV said but not 0%. Key very unlikely but I believe Guice is a passionate kid and could very well come back. To say otherwise is a guess and not 0% fools.
Alas, there’s more concentrated negativity on here than just about any place on earth so carry on.

LOL Key wanted to enter the draft after the Citrus Bowl.

That’s fine. But if they come back to win a title, do you shut them down for the season when we are 1-2 after September losses to Miami and Auburn?

Freak Johnson is another to add to your list who could have really used another year .
