Many states Rabbits are open all year, does alabama not have something like that?
I'd assume you are allowed to hunt with them basically anywhere? I mean there's not minimum acreage or what not like some states have for regular hunting? As in, you could hunt a commercial park or anywhere in a city basically? City powerline, etc? I mean its not dangerous to do around people in other words? Do the birds get distracted easily and prefer to be in the "woods"?
In florida, Rabbits are open year round on private land. That's why I ask?

We have a rabbit season. Sept 16 - March 4 this year, but falconers get an extra month (through march).
