Don't forget either that the USS Comfort is sitting off short with, literally, hundreds of empty beds just twiddling their thumbs waiting for people requiring medical assistance. CNN had that video of the kid with CB out of oxygen and needing surgery sitting in a makeshift clinic for who knows what reason.

I don't think that's a dumpster and all of the underlying pallets are in line.

Pretty sure that was a container full of MREs and water and what you see in the video is the remains on the pallets.

I could be wrong, but why would you neatly assemble the bottom row of pallets in a dumpster and How would you get the one in the front with 10-15 MRE boxes in there without a crane.
