at 52 week low after some leadership changes... is this a good buying opportunity ? obviously not a growth stock, but a safe place to park some money for 30 years I'd imagine.

I'm down big league in GE. I just don't see a plan. I don't understand their strategy.

What I DO understand is that defense stocks are going to continue to be hot, as long as Trump is in power, and we have problems with North Korea, ISIS, etc. Every time you hear those names, consider it free advertising for BA, LMT, NOC, etc.

The merger with BH was a bad move imo, quit looking at them after that.

Jim Cramer is MAD (no pun intended) about GE's earnings. He's saying things like he is not going to sugarcoat things, and that "this is a disgrace!" and that if they can't call a spade a spade on tv, then they should be in new professions. Lol. I've never seen him in a bad mood before.

The BH merger looked a whole lot better on paper.

GE would have been better off without it.
