That is only partially true. We have as many, perhaps more, advantages due to the genetic lottery than our socioeconomic upbringing. For instance, identical twins who were raised separate, and in different socioeconomic situations, tend to experience the same amount of success in life. In terms of test scores, black students with household incomes north of 150k score about the same as white students with household incomes south of 50k.

Sounds like there are major cultural issues in the black community.
But that gets called racist too.
It's either genetic or cultural, it has to be one or the other or both, yet both get dismissed as 'racist'

It's not just color of skin and is repeatable across multiple studies with scientific control methods. It is not that hard to understand, you see it every day in practice.

I believe this to be true. No surprise that low income households score lower on tests than households that can afford a parent at home to supervise homework and studying or a tutor for subjects not mastered in class.
2 parent households and a culture of demanding success also have a huge impact. The question is how to help students without these advantages do better.

There is only ONE rational argument that you could make to support your point. Separate the black kids between African American and kids of immediate African immigrants(. Who treat primary and secondary schooling like Asian parents). The difference is significant in favor of the kids of African immigrants.
Then you might have a point.

As others have said, you probably should have done some research before showing off your hurt little feelings.
Try this --- look up the differences in brain composition posthumous. Depth and smoothness of the fissures. Or what about the 10's of MILLIONS of IQ tests done in every country and every language.

There are raw IQ test that have nothing to do with studying, these test are not exams or for that matter even like the Wonderlic. The tests are based on logical thinking patterns, spatial reasoning etc. It has nothing to do with rote knowledge. That is the only type of testing that shows raw intelligence.

All are the same species.

Blacks are better athletically than whites and Asians and no matter how much the other 2 groups train they will still lag behind.

IQ is a measurement of the size of your mental bucket, if a person has a small bucket they can study 24/7 and it will not make any difference. I have taught math to a bunch of Asian college students, what they achieved was due to having the mental capacity to learn and utilize more of the information gleaned from studying, not the amount of time they studied. I will concede that there is some credence to environmental factors affecting IQ development, and some of those can be linked to the socioeconomic status of parents.
