Actually what was worse that the vasectomy was back in college when I was banging numerous random sluts and awakened one day to find a wart on my dick. Having it examined by the doctor was quite embarrassing.

I put the gown on backwards and laid on my back on the exam table. The nurse came in and asked me to sit up and turn the gown around.

The whole thing about a vasectomy.
First it was the consultation. Had to drop my draws while he sat on a little stool fondling my balls and all the inner working plumbing
Then for the procedure while the decent looking chick is shaving my small flaccid penis, the doctor walks in with 2 other guys ( guessing students) and ask if I mind if they observe. Luckily that little muscle relaxer had me feeling good enough that I really didn't care... at that point.

For me, a rectal examination. I don't care how many times you have done it before, it's humiliating.
For the doctor, his glove fell off while giving me a rectal examination.
Made for an awkward conversation after the procedure was done. We didn't shake hands as I left the room.

I had a ureter stent placed years ago after a nasty kidney stone. Let me tell you this, they way they fasten that wire coming out of your hole will make you think of anything to avoid a boner.
Anyways, comes time to take it out and the doc starts to slowly pull it out - and it feels like pissing jello. He gets to the end and the stent pops out, followed by a nice stream of piss. He said, don't worry it happens all the time.
