All I hear is the problems and complaints.

Yes, it's tougher for a black kid in the hood to 'make it out.' Unfortunately, many reasons it is tough is because his poverty stricken culture cannot live by simple ethics.

It is not the fault of the white man that blacks kill their brethren. It is not the fault of the white man that blacks resort to drugs at a higher rate. Those temptations are worse in poor communities, but this is not a white/black issue, it's a socioeconomic issue. Unfortunately, there is a larger percentage of blacks that live in those places.

You don't see whites crying out about lack of rights to 'hillbillies' in trailer parks.

And when whites try to help them by giving them good advice to correct these issues, they are labeled as privileged and racist. And if a black tries to give them the same advice, they are an uncle tom.

They don't want to help themselves and they don't want anyone else to help them. They want everyone to accept "the culture". And they'll never let go of slavery so what's the point......
