Because MLB players aren't trash. They are white boys who have grown up with racist treatment their entire life for being white, and not being "disadvantaged" or players from real areas of poverty such as the D.R. or Puerto Rico that actually value what they have been given here in America. That comes from REAL struggle, and strife. Not made up bullshite.

Because there's a large number of Latin players who aren't from here, who grew up in countries where they faced actual adversity. They're grateful for the opportunities that they've gotten in the US and recognize it's the greatest country on earth.

Almost half of MLB players are foreigners...mostly from Central or South America or the Caribbean with a few sprinkled in from Asia.

Combination of the players having a higher average IQ and being more appreciative of what they have. Most of the foreign born players in MLB dug themselves out of poverty with their hard work and skills.
Most NBA players were just lucky to be 6'8+

for baseball the answer is simple.
Most of the minority baseball players are from foreign countries where they really WERE supressed and being able to play baseball got them to the US for which they are grateful.
Compared to the NFL and NBA where most of the minority players are entitled US citizens who are piles of shite.
