Got a day to kill in DC - Best museums??

I will be travelling to DC for a conference and will have a full day to sight see.
What museums should I check out?? a quick visit to the Tomb of the unknown soldier is definitely on my list.
Anything else??

Honestly, each museum could take a day in and of itself. I think you're better off picking one.

I'm a sucker for the hall of gems and minerals at Natural History....and the huge St Gaudens relief of the Shaw Memorial at the National Gallery of Art. Best museum cafe is at Native American museum.

If you are going to do air and space then I'd recommend going to the Udvar-Hazy complex in VA, not the A&S on the mall.
Also, Hill Country BBQ is within walking distance of the mall, just around the corner from the National Archives - good BBQ to refuel from a day of walking
