Police arrest man who punched, spit on woman on E train (NYC)

Police nabbed the accused brute Saturday thanks to a photo the 34-year-old victim snapped as they rode an uptown E train towards the Seventh Ave. station in Midtown, police said.
Abel Adames, 38, claimed a seat next to the victim during the rush hour encounter Tuesday and wound up sitting on her thigh. She asked the man to readjust and scoot over — a simple request that launched the man on a crazy rant.
"Just because you're African-American you think you can go on your Kanye West rant, b---h," he yelled.
