Especially that SJW shite show of a late game. Something tells me that one will not be so great.
Yeah, I bet the start and finish numbers will be dramatic.

Why do they want to see the NFL fail? Do they not realize that college football is also fricked if the NFL were to go down?

I don't think anyone actually wants the nfl to fail. But people love to have something to hate on.

It helps that NBC actually puts together a competent broadcast, with some of the people in the business live and in studio

Would a bad broadcasting team actually stop you from watching the game?

Numbers go up... excuses.
Ddi the numbers actually go up though? I remember last year the dallas games had a far higher rating than any other team. So, was the Dallas game from this year higher than the Dallas games from last year?

Edit, this is last years Cowyboys vs Giants sunday night match up

quote:

Last Sunday night’s game against the division rival New York Giants attracted 26.5 million viewers, according to NBC Sports,
So this Sunday had 5 million less viewers..........

And you are being intentionally obtuse, boom style The Cowboys outdrew every NFL team last year in ratings by a huge margin.

21 million viewers for a cowboys game would have been the smallest for their entire season last year in nationally televised games.......

It's like they have a vested interest in seeing the NFL fail.

60k / per year Joe Blow who feels some false sense of empowerment I guess. They also complain about ESPN ,but are too weak to stop watching & paying the expensive subscription fees.

actually the ratings decline began in 2016 so while the NFL uses the previous year as the benchmark, 2015 (the year before tSlide) is the base year..

they're up 7 over an audience that shrank 16%

publicly they'll claim it as a win and the slide is over...but it's not a win, they know it, and they're bracing for another long year.
