Idk. I can't help how I seem to you. That's a problem on your end.

It's just odd how the CFB fanboys of this site want the NFL to disappear. As if that wouldn't hurt CFB.

It drives them nuts that the NFL is more popular. The truth is what's good for the NFL is also good for CFB, and vice versa.

no, but he's so into sports. it's his career, hobby, everything

so when that's threatened he gets twisted up like a pretzel.

and it's not really threatened either. ratings are huge, revenue is huge (not espn though, they're super fricked) but it marks the first time the NFL has been devalued in any way

ad revenue is down because ratings are down. when they renegotiate the tv contracts abc/nbc/cbs will be paying less than they did last round.

ironically this mantra of the goodell era took their logo from "the shield" with a lore, history, tradition, etc. and transformed it into another boring, soulless corporate logo.

Sure, both sides have extremists. But you can go on many NFL boards and there's constant criticism of the game nowadays. The NFL has major problems, most fans admit that. On this site, you'd think CFB is a flawless product by the way everything is worshiped.

the bottom line whether you watch more, same, less or stopped watching entirely.

and it's clear that these problems have caused a loss of interest and the NFL has functionally copped to it with the commercials and celebration revisions.

I am more of a CFB fan than an NFL fan. It's just my personal experience that the CFB games are more fun to watch than the NFL games, especially in person.

Left: Rams game on Sunday. Team looked great, beat the crap out of Luckless Indy. Got a ticket for less than the price of parking. 46,000 attendance
Right: USC game on Saturday prior. Team looked great, finally beat a good Stanford team. Got a ticket for, OK I'm not telling you, but hey they were good seats.
67,000 attendance
(Saturday's game vs. Texas is sold out. I got a ticket though )

I still love the NFL, don't get me wrong, but CFB has always been a more personally enjoyable type of football.

Now I'm curious to see the MNF numbers. Especially that SJW shite show of a late game. Something tells me that one will not be so great.

In all fairness, I wouldn't expect the late game to be great anyway because of the time. I don't understand why they insist on having a MNF doubleheader on opening week. Most avid football fans aren't staying up to watch a football game that won't end until 1-2am in central/eastern time zones when they have to wake up early for work and to get kids to school.
