How much freedom/choice of practitioner do you enjoy? That was always a huge appeal for us

I get to pick either United Healthcare or Cigna. All of my doctors are in network.
Think I'll go with the standard. Maybe when I'm older and begin having "procedures" etc I'll opt into the premium.
