As a result of this extensive study, I, as president, along with the Spelman leadership team, and the Board, concur on the following admissions and enrollment policy: Spelman College, a Historically Black College whose mission is to serve high-achieving Black women, will consider for admission women students including students who consistently live and self-identify as women, regardless of their gender assignment at birth. Spelman does not admit male students, including students who self-identify and live consistently as men, regardless of gender assignment at birth. If a woman is admitted and transitions to male while a student at Spelman, the College will permit that student to continue to matriculate at and graduate from Spelman.

That place must be a nightmare when their periods all sync up.

HOw does this college not get sued the frick out itself for violating Title IX? That's a serious question.
I'm not saying I oppose an all woman's college, in fact I think every institution should be able to discriminate as they see fit, but that isn't the world we live in.

Does the entire student body receive government grants?

If the statistics are true, and 3 out of 5 female college students are raped, and they are all female...... That doubles the rape.
So 120% of them are raped during college. Are some raped twice? How does it work?

So basically they just allowed every gender to get in as long as you are black?
What if I identify as black? Can I get in too. I mean I would have to change my identity (which I guess is easy because it's not real) to black from white and to female from male.
However, in all this identifying can I keep my white privilege? If not...NO DEAL

Let me see if I get this correct. If a blackman wants to go to Spelman, they can identify as a black female, start school, then decide to transition back to a black male and they are able to finish Spelman?

Do we have all male colleges? I need a movement to shut this matriachy school down. I'm so triggered right now.

Fyi, Spelman does admit white women as well as women from every race. It is an HBCU, so it was founded with the goal of educating black women, because at the time in the states black people were afforded very few opportunities in higher education. It's mission statement is simply paying homage to the reason it opened up in the first place.
Also, Morehouse college, the all male counterpart to Spelman, is literally right across the street. The two schools constantly intermingle

We need some strong, independent men to step forward and break down this wall.

Are they going to follow you around and make sure you don't "live consistently as a man"?

What if I am a white male but want to identify as a black female? can I get in?

The likes of Condoleeza Rice will be attending a university other than Spelman.
Fun fact - she first got interested in international politics when she took a class taught by the father of Madeleine Albright.
