The bills for the kitchen repairs must be horrendous.

What's the OT's over/under on the number of days this lasts?

They have already said the supply will be replenished in a day or 2, and said it will be easy because all the hoarding should end tonight.

Some of the counties in our district have retailers that are running low on fuel. Having spoken to the fuel retailer rep at the SOC, the problem is not a shortage issue, but a re-supply issue. So, there is plenty of gas but there are impacts to the supply chain, so refueling your local suppliers may take some time. Please take the time to prepare for your critical fuel users, don’t forget generators and other non-vehicular resources. The SOC is aware of the issue and if/when they come up with a plan or some resources, I will let everyone know

Channel 5 in Dallas, the same ones who were "fueling" the panic earlier.

My gym is super quiet. Everyone is waiting for gas or in traffic so Shoal Creek should have an oversupply of seating.

Hilarious seeing the people in Austin flip out. Talk about a manufactured problem. If nothing was said on the news or media, everything would be fine.

As pointed out, if Austin was a culture filled with people going green, why is there such an issue over a possible gas shortage?

All these benevolent liberals hoarding gas. Shameful yet very telling.

They will flip their wigs over healthcare rationing.

It's spreading all over, not just Austin. Suburbs outside the city that aren't crunchy are freaking out.

Not really a good political talking point. More comparable how both super liberals and stay at home mom Republicans have issues with vaccines. Just morons.

I was going to bitch that the pump lock at Danny and Clydes on Clearview is broken so I had to actually hold the handle and pump instead of sitting in my truck with the AC on reading the OT but I'll save that for another day.

Did get one of their giant shrimp po boys though and now have shredded lettuce all over my floorboard.
