You might as well be on the record for hoping he fails.

define fail

there a few Trump policies that I oppose, so on those, yes, I hope he fails is passing those policies

but fails overall as a POTUS? like cripples the country? No. In that regard, I don't want Trump to fail.

You won't get many liberals to answer honestly.

The GOPe wants him to fail. They want to hold on to the status quo even if that means a Dem Pres. I starting to believe that most of his staff doesn't care what happens, too many Dems in his ear.

I'm indifferent. Trump is more of the same.

The melts are different and more interesting.

I honestly don't think the majority of Americans want him to fail. The POTUS failing is not good for the country.

I think the ones who want him to fail are those within the establishment, on both sides of the isle, and idiots who don't understand the true basis for American prosperity.

I want Trump to stop failing, and the only way to do that is if he is kicked out of office.

Praying for the lunatic narcissist to suddenly change wore itself out months ago.

I want Trump to be successful in lowering taxes dramatically--reform not just smoke and mirror changes that cut this tax and raise this one.

I want Trump to provide leadership on healthcare that results in a lower cost healthcare system

I do not want Trump to be successful in continuing ME wars or starting a war in North Korea or any where else.

fails as in something worse than the last 7 months, or just a continuation of what we've seen thus far?

I wish Trump would knock it out of the park. Hoping for a failed president is pitiful.

Pretty much how I thought this would go. Many of you openly champion and hope for his failure in everything, yet you do not want to openly say it flat out.

Nasty people here.

What has he been successful at so far? Other than issuing executive orders and tweeting about fake news, what has he accomplished?

Now that the thread has been effectively hijacked by OP, I'll follow-up with what to most people is obvious... there is a huge difference between "hoping someone fails" and being appropriately critical of missteps. My LSU fandom has prepared me well for distinguishing between those two.
