Yea, I worked on a project out in Austin for about 6 months. We went down to NB about 3-4 times and loved it. Got a cabin in the river for a weekend too. I could absolutely live in that area.

Frisco or The Colony.

It would be McKinney if my job wasn't in Las Colinas.

McKinney

My job is in Arlington so we are in Southlake. I love the Plano/McKinney area but commute would be killer

Woodlands is pretty ideal for a family

Beautiful place

Great schools

Mall and Market Place along with the Waterway

Nice selection of restaurants in general

Just nice things in general everywhere

Safe

Most are friendly.

Your neighbor probably has money, so the parties will be nice too

No you really can't fish there, you'd have to go somewhere else so fishing isn't convenient there.

Anywhere in the Hill Country, assuming money is of little or no consequence

The Woodlands is really nice to raise a family, especially if you don't have to communicate to Houston.

Live in Fort Worth. It's nice but it's growing pretty quick and there is road construction everywhere.
