I'm a white male and no I don't feel oppressed but I hate that society today pushes that we should feel bad because of what happened in the past. Most white people are good people who are not racist at all, sure you have your idiots like everyone else.
I guess agitated would be a good word. The white shaming and privilege stuff puts everyone over the edge for sure.

Why are you confused?
It's absurd to say that, because you are white, it means everything is fine in your life and you can't have an issue with the current state of your community/life/country.

Knowing those opinions would not be popular, he posted it company-wide.
The better tactic would have been to quietly get it to someone in charge. He tried to force a public conversation, and the company decided the PR wasn't worth it.
