"People who don't get offended are insecure, take no self-responsibility, and have no sense of purpose in life. I pray for them." -- spiritual guru J.P. Sears

This 3-minute YouTube video will change your mind about getting offended: LINK. And if it doesn't, then I'm offended by that.

Being offended is subjective. A Neo-Nazi is offended when someone opens up a Jewish Deli on his street. I do get offended by things, but that person should have the right to say things that offend me. If you don't get offended by things, then you're simply a blank slate with no personality. It is just when you try to silence others who offend you is when I really get in your face over it. As much as I despise men like Richard Spencer, even they shouldn't be silenced so long as they aren't trying to very directly incite violence.

Being offended is natural and human. It should not be a tool to prove a point by discounting the facts. It especially shouldn't be used to guide a country where the majority of the country has to suffer for the benefit of the minority who is offended.

Like my father always said: life's not fair, grow the Frick up.

Obviously, everyone gets offended. The problem arises when getting offended emotionally cripples you making you incapable of rational thought. That is where some are at today and they make sure everyone knows.
