Why do poor people insist on creating even more poor people?

Seriously, man. When poor people are sitting around talking about how poor they are, how come nobody ever says, "You know, I should probably stop getting pregnant."
What is their justification for reproducing and bringing new generations into misery? There has to be a better answer than a bigger welfare check.

I find that if I keep baby in her, she's too tired to run around on me. She's gotta feed them kids, so I alway get a nice meal when I get back from that other girl I'm talking to.

The demographical math doesnt work either.
If those on govt assistance are more likely to have children (and they are- see below) lets think about the exponential increase of public assistance this implies. Not good.

Put more plainly, it means that if you aren't that good to start with then you might be too inept to realize it. For example, if your life is a chaotic mess with one drama after another due to your bad decisions, you likely assume everyone is like this because if you knew better you wouldn't be in that spot to start with.
I personally view this as a good explanation for why so many people who have bad things happen to them blame "bad luck" for their problems. They aren't necessarily lazy, they just don't know better.
