That really says something about the community when a program where you give a guy $525 and get out of jail and get the crime off your record somehow excludes people. Who cant come up with $525 if it means getting out of jail?

It's crazy, there was a law and order SVU episode that was pretty much exactly like this. Except the kids were getting molested or getting caught up in human trafficking.
