The Mexican Don who could sit there and smile and have a conversation with you while his intentions were for you to be dead.

The Salamanca cousins were the most evil
Gale Boetticher was probably the most pure
Jesse was the best

Jesse sucked. Most annoying character ever.

Walter White, as Heisenberg, was the most evil. So frick Walter White. He was a piece of shite.
The "best" character was Hank. He may have had a "spell" after seeing his guys get blown away (who wouldn't?), but he did his job, and died for it. He tried to do the right thing to the end.

Todd hands down. Killing that little boy was so cold-blooded and unnecessary.

Most evil is Marie by far.

Skylar and Marie were the biggest counts.
Jesse was the most annoying. Such a whiney bitch.
Walt was the most evil. His kill count was what, 30+?
Hank was the most unwavering.
ETA: frick Jesse.

"most evil" is tricky. I think the "cousins" are probably a safe bet since we didn't get anything out of them other than the straightforward desire to kill.
And Gale is a great answer for most pure. I'd say him or Walt Jr (jokes incoming).

Hector
Would've killed everyone if he was physically capable.

Hector most evil. That droolin psychopath.
Walt Jr was a great kid. Had to admire his innocence and love for his family.

I just binge watched the entire series about a month ago. By the time Badfinger started playing, I hated every character except Holly.
In retrospect, I realize Steve Gomez and Jane's father were also a good people. The rest of them were assholes. The whole fricking bunch of them.

Walter White was the most evil by far. The way he shot Mike Ehrmantraut at the end was sooooooooo fricked up.
It was Walter who pushed the 'evil' lever throughout the whole show.
