I kind of wished they would be completely closed to everyone. Would rather not knowing than let others see anything.

I'll play..
A) Player Related - Someone who is ineligible to practice (for whatever reason) is out there practicing.
B) NCAA Rules - Practices are strictly regulated by the NCAA that coach O wants to put in more work in pads over the time allowed (or something along those lines)
C) Distractions - Coach O wants no distractions during the limited time on the practice field while Canada installs a completely new offense in a short amount of time.
D) Because I'm bored - Coach O is planning on colluding with the Russians during practice in an effort to meddle in Joe Allevas next coaching search

I don't understand the controversy.
The media has no right to go to practice. That's up to the coach. If he wants to keep things under wraps good for him.

Can you explain the points of the political campaign you found the most important to the future of LSU football?
The only one I remember was a free Jeep and all the beer you can drink the rest of your life.
I was four-wheeling on Brays Bayou yesterday drinking beer. After about 14 beers I bumped a tree and called Coach Eaux. 15 minutes later there was a Mercedes stretch limo on the road to take me home. This morning when I went out get the paper, in my robe listening to the Saprono theme song, my new Jeep was in the driveway with a note that the body shop would pick it up Wednesday and make it good as new. THANKS COACH EAUX !!! For following through with your campaign promise.

I thought wildcat93 and bilj told me it was all a sleazy political ploy to gain the media's support during his campaign for HC.
I guess it really is just to install the new offense and then everything will be back to how it was when he was "campaigning"

Yes you do. Your posts have made that blatantly obvious. You composed a thread yesterday about the closed practices with the sole purpose of blasting O.
The next "opportunity" you have to vigorously criticize him you will quickly take it as will many other posters who don't agree with the hire. He will have to achieve unreasonable success this first season to quiet y'alls incessant binder, Cajun man ole miss references.
So spare me the BS bc I've already read enough on here just this summer to know outside of going undefeated and beating bama by 21 Ed Orgeron will catch more shite than any D1 coach in recent history
