Who wouldn't want to get with a paralyzed dude with zero emotion because he knows everything that has happened and that will happen

Turn the dude into a chick to where I can play the stock market, that would be entirely ideal.

Is there really anyone else for Jon to marry besides Dany, Sansa, or Arya at this point?? Yara prefers bad poosay and Cersei is oldddddd and batshit crazy.
He's definitely hooking up with Dany. There's no doubt about it. She already has the hots for him.

I just think most of the audience either doesn't think about it or doesn't realize what they're watching. Unless everyone dies in the end, the only thing that could happen is if Jon or Dany gets the throne.

If they end up getting married, I see a lot of religious and other groups losing their minds. It will be like the end of that movie Oldboy, if you've seen the original.

So, what's the deal with this Game of Thrones event at the EBR library on the 25th?

Any idea how it'll be?

Meera Reed

EDIT: Granted there is the Crackpot theory with that in Meera and Jon were twins and Howland took Meera.

If he survives, I could also see him being promised to Lyanna Mormont when she comes of age as a reward for her loyalty.

I am trying to think of other possibilities other than Meera and Lyanna. Dany seems too obvious, and I don't think the writers would do that.

Maybe Margaery's great chest provided a cushion against the explosion, and she survived.

I kinda think it'll be Danny if both of them survive.

But in reality, there are lots of houses that likely have eligible daughters. It doesn't necessarily have to be one of the great houses.

As you said, there is Lyanna Mormont when she is old enough. There is Alyce Karstark when she is old enough. Manderly probably has some daughters. And that's just In the North.

And I'd bet things are gonna look a lt different by the end of the show. May be lots of empty castles and lordships and such where marrying a niece or 2nd cousin or something like that who is the closest living heir makes sense.

If it's Dany that's b/c GRRM was going to do it. He already said they guessed how it was going to end and that's why he was down with them making the show.

In fact, I'd go so far to say as a lot of the stuff this board freaks out about is probably stuff he gave them in an outline and if it gets changed it's going to be b/c of people whining on the internet. I wouldn't be surprised if he basically has the books done and is editing them as he sees reactions to the show from people online.

I've had pretty long hair at various times in my life too. He's not wrong that it can be a huge pain in the arse. That's especially true if you have fine hair that tangles easily.

That's part of the reason one of them will probably die, no one will have to think too much about them being married even though that kind of thing is pretty commonplace throughout the Westeros history books

Maybe Jon dies and Dany ends up with a son tho

I hope it's Dany that dies and not Jon.

If one of them dies it probably won't be until the end or near the end of next season

Cousins, yes. Aunts, no. As to the brother and sister marriages of the Targs, it's not portrayed as being a good thing. I doubt that will be part of any kind of happy ending.

But, GRRM is a fat sicko. He probably delights that so many people are rooting for a guy to marry his aunt.

To be honest, I'd be okay with it. It's just fiction. frick it.

No. Martin asked them who Jon's mother was and they got it right.

Honestly, it's not like it didn't happen with regularity IRL either. The Habsburgs, Egyptian royalty, Victoria and Albert's descendants, etc.
