HBO Preview

Seems like most of the major plot points are out there in the open. Euron returns with Ellaria, Tyene, and Yara (Asha). Cersei has some fun with Ellaria and Tyene, probably tells Euron to do whatever with Yara.

Jon and Dany meet, Dany will demand he bends the knee, Jon won't and Dany gets wet because strong men, ships, and dragons are her weaknesses. But I think they come to an agreement of sorts.

There's a battle between the Unsullied and either the Lannisters or Tarlys at Casterly Rock. I don't really know what mistakes the synopsis is talking about with Jaime learning from his mistakes but I would imagine it has something to do with the battle to come and/or Cersei?

So if Dany wants to make the argument that the Iron Throne belongs to her by right, will she change if her tune if it is proven to her and other characters that Jon is Rhaegar's son?

Doubt it, she be like that sometimes.

Also, the only one that MAY know of Jon's heritage is Varys. Don't know if he tells either one of them.

It's your thread, but the whole bashing of Hodors in the subject line thing is getting kind of old to me. I understand that it's kind of tongue in cheek (kind of like Jon will probably be with Danny soon), and that "they started it".

But it's just been slightly beat into the ground. Let 'em in if they want to read the thread. Just as long as they don't bitch about "book spoilers". (Which, coincidently are pretty much non existent now days and pale in comparison to some of the types of spoiler information out there).

That said, this should be a great episode and contain some good action scenes judging by the trailers.

It's gotta be

It's clear from the books that he grows away from cersei and the show hasn't done enough yet to show that transition for him yet. It's got to start happening

Or maybe the Double-D's are taking even more liberty with the story?

Can you take the word Hodors out of the thread title?

The show's handling of Jamie's redemption is far and away my biggest gripe about it's departure from the literature. Jamie burned that letter and went on his merry way, carrying out the King's business before hooking up with Brienne to hunt down that retard girl.

Already? I thought was supposed to happen at the same time as all the other attacks/battles?

I love Jaime but I really hope this doesn't refer to when Robb stark beat him. Don't want the unsullied to be thrown back at the Rock

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't it not matter what happens in the books at this point, aside from major plot points?

I am not satisfied with Jaime's development as a character in the show. Book Jaime would have killed Cersei for blowing up the Sept.
