I've always loved this show and find myself watching the reruns on TVLand at 10pm every night. Young Leah Remini is really hot and Jerry Stiller is hilarious as the crazy dad. It's not in the same category as some of the greats, but I always find myself laughing at it.

Never got into the show, but I did see those crazy reddit theories about it tying into that new Kevin James show.

It's always disappointing when it comes on and it's a fat Carey episode.

One of my favorite shows. I watch it pretty often. I love the back and forth one liners that they hurl at each other when they fight. It's very quick witted comedy. pretty underrated show IMO.
Favorite episodes are when Doug uses a coupon to get LASIK for Carrie and she can't see after it, when Arthur wants braces, when Doug tries to get Carrie to pole dance but she's awful at it...and so many others. Honestly any scene with Arthur has me laughing.

Great show. Fun fact: It was the last 90s show to go off the air.

Love the show, Kevin James could never match it. He's not that funny other than being Doug Heffernan.

It's my favorite sitcom maybe of all time.

I liked how in one episode he had just eaten dinner, but wanted to go out for ice cream. So he goes and orders a hot fudge ice cream sundae:

Guy: Will that be all?
Doug: Aw, who are we kidding, I'll have a number four.
Guy: Would you like to try our all new curly fries?
Doug: Yeah give me a number three with curly fries
Guy: So cancel the number four?
Doug: Did you hear the word cancel?

Fun fact, Kevin James' character was originally supposed to be gay but they changed it at the last minute because of bad focus group reaction. He even did the late night circuit before the show came out and talked about playing a gay character. The title was supposed to be a play on words, as he was gay and also living in Queens.

Watching reruns now where Doug and deacon go to Atlantic City and Arthur and Carrie go to the Opera
Arthur " Boy 5 dollars for a box of snow-caps.. they really got you by the gonads here "

I can't stop laughing

I love King of Queens and Leah Remini was hot back in the day. She's not what she once was, but I'm glad to see her in the new Kevin James show.

When our local FYE was going out of business, they were practically giving away their King Of Queens DVD sets, so I bought every season. Only saw a couple of episodes beforehand, but it definitely became one of my fave comedies. Underrated ensemble cast IMO...

Another episode that I really like, is one where Doug forgets to get Carrie's dinner one night, and it just sets off an insult war, where they just start hurling vicious insults at each other. So they get their neighbor, a marriage counselor to mediate, because their arguments or getting too out of hand. So he tells them to write down disagreements they have on index cards. And I paused the DVR when they had a close-up on the cards, and some of them were hilarious. One of them said "left Arthur in bathtub" lol.

Another part of that episode that's funny is when they discuss what names they want each other to stop using as insults. The list of names are pretty funny. Like Blob Barker and such.

How about Walter White as the obnoxious neighbor in his Speedo when they build the pool deck up over the top of the fence?
