My boss says "six one way, half a dozen the other" entirely too much.

It's really easy to point out problems. How about you geniuses tell us how to convey in non-offensive terms the message each one of your hated phrases are used to impart.
Give us the hated phrases that melt you snowflakes and then give the safe words that can be used in their place.

Is it so hard to say who wants to take the lead or be in charge of this?

I hate the word task. I'm an adult its a job. Tasks are for children and mentally challenged (is that label OT acceptable)
