How much sugar is added to honey?

If it has anything added to it, it must be labeled accordingly.

A lot of honey comes illegally from China via another country. They have anti dumping duties imposed against them. They heat it to remove the pollen which can tell the origin. They sometimes add hfcs to stretch it or even water.

A lot of the honey found in stores is not honey at all.

I only use local honey which is what it is. No extras.
