He's one of the better backs in the league and would be a perennial 1000 yard guy on any other team. Now he's a second stringer after being dragged along his whole career

Yea. I bet he just feels completely "dragged along" when that $5 million salary hits his bank account. Feel terrible for the guy as well...

He had the opportunity to sign with another team. He obviously doesn't feel like he's been "dragged along".

How do you know that if Ingram didn't play for a team that was more Run/Pass even that he either would not be injured more or have a defense that targets him.

There is no projection for success. He is what he is. He is a good back that has a real decent average that is never going to be the huge breakaway threat and you should count on him for the tough yards.

The Best way I can describe Ingram is to say that if it is 2nd and 15 he can get you 12 yards. Then on 3rd and 3 get you 1 yard.
