I'd say I wasn't carrying concealed. Had the gun in my car and grabbed it when they rolled up. By the time the popo shows up in Nola, you'll probably be sober anyway.

Being legally drunk does not take away your right to defend yourself.

If you are justified sober you are justified drunk.
