Until Republicans pass something this remains a Democrat issue.
You can bitch all you want about proposed legislation and initially passed legislation, but it doesn't mean shite until it is the law of the land.

well obamacare raised premiums on an average of about 300% for everybody else in the individual market son, which is why it's dying.

frankly i don't care it doesn't effect my insurance through my employer nor does it effect the other 160 million american who have insurance like mine.

i really do hope it's effecting you adversely, i suspect it's not but wouldn't care if it did.

have a nice day, or don't like i said doesn't effect me one way or the other.

Does it mandate the raise in premiums or does it allow insurance companies to be insurance companies again?

Why can't your side just be honest? Just say you want larger government and you want higher taxes and make your case from there.

It would be more effective to sell your side rather than whine, bitch and moan "muh Russians", "muh feelings" all the damn time.

Just own what you really want and try to work toward a compromise.

What's wrong with saying the truth?

FALSE!

Old Americans are on Medicare!

Poor Americans are on Medicaid!

Under the AHCA as proposed, 33% of the population would see a 20% decrease in policy costs. An additional 50% would see a 5% decrease. Most of the remainder would see no change. So 80% would enjoy cost decreases.

Wait so the ones who accrue the most healthcare costs must pay the most? Interesting idea...maybe we should give it a shot

That is bullshite first off.

Second, the whole point of insurance is to quantify risk. As an older person I SHOULD pay more than my 20 something nieces and nephews.

The idiocy of people who do not understand what insurance is astounds me.

We are a nation of the willfully ignorant and or stupid governed by a completely corrupt media/pop culture complex.

Has BamaAtl been here to tell us that it will also literally cause people to fall over dead in the streets from a lack of insurance?

I don't know the numbers, but I would guess old, poor Americans pay very little under the current setup. Basically nothing for a lot of them. An 850% increase probably isn't as much as it sounds if you look at the actual $ amount.
