Bergeron's on Jefferson Highway has some good meat pies.

Decent at the Bergeron's in Lobdell.

This won't help, but you can buy frozen meat pies from Lasyone's in Natchitoches. The original and still the best meat pie. Then fry them up whenever you have the craving.

The best meat pies are called empanadas and are no where to be found in BR

There's a gas station on the corner of S Foster and North Blvd that has a delicious spicy meat pie. Their boudin balls are good too!
