I put them on a baking sheet in the oven at about 350 degrees and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast until they get a little brown but not too mushy. They are delicious this way!! ...

well our kw usage tripled actually....we have our bill on leveled billing so the dollar amount increase is hard to figure out....but definitely the usage tripled compared to when we didn't have a pool ...

we just switched to a variable speed and are already seeing the savings. It is definitely worth the cost and trouble of switching it out. It is quieter too now that you mention it. You can run it longer at lower speed than the single speed was running and still save money. Our light bill had tripled...

Ikura Sushi place by the new theater is excellent. Don's Gonzales has some good daily specials on food and drinks. There are two good authentic mexican places in Gonzales: La Michoacana and La Mexicana.....check them out also...
