I really like the BBB. I let's me hit each lift for heavy weight / low reps and lighter weight / high reps every week. This is my last week doing shift work so now I'll finally be able to get into a steady 4 day a week lifting routine instead of just squeezing a session into my off days. Hope to see some good progress next year

You do variation 1 or 2? 1 is the same movement on the same day. 2 is the other one for the BBB. For instance if it is squat day, it would be deadlift for BBB.
