How is Colorado better off if he is not deported? He is a damn illegal isn't he? What about all of those people who have waited in line for years to immigrate and they have followed the law. I guess you people just say screw them.

Because we aren't paying for his family to live and having a child raised without their father. We don't care about deporting any of em. We have a really low unemployment rate here and need the workforce.

No. He is from Cuba and was granted residency when he came here as a toddler. His residency was revoked as part of his sentence. He was never an "illegal immigrant."

No, he's a Cuban from before Obama changed the rules to make Cuba like other nations. He's no more an illegal immigrant than Marco Rubio's or Ted Cruz's parents were/are
