Can Boston compete next year,with the picks in this years draft? Because this team they have cannot compete with Lebron and his mates.

No but they are in a tough spot. Their window to compete is now, but there's really no roster move they can make involving the pick that makes them a threat to Cleveland. The best they can probably do is hit on the draft pick and hope that player develops and Lebron eventually declines.

The NBA has to do something about the competitive balance between the east and west. OKC is a better team than the celtics.
