No they didn't. There is a fence between part of border with Guatemala but is neither continuous nor a wall. Effing idiots really will believe anything

I'm looking at the Frontera La Mesila border crossing on Google Earth right now. It's literally just a normal road but with a booth and one of those access arms you find in a hotel parking garage.
You'd have a tougher time sneaking into the Four Seasons than you would across the Guatemala-Mexico border.

There is no continuous wall on Mexicos border w Guatemala. Social media reports during the 2016 election were fake, usually using pics of the US border or Israels wall.
