Looking at getting either Bluebeam or Plangrid as a pm tool. I am looking to highlight and track progress drawings weekly as well as creat punch lists and action item lists that I can distribute.
Anyone use either of these and care to share experiences/suggestions?

What about AutoCAD?

I'm a landscape architect, and use bluebeam to mark up drawings, love it.

Other than it's not project management software... so not really relevant at all to his question.

BlueBook Vu360 is what we use for our take-offs at work and project management portal. I'm happy with it. No software is perfect, but Vu360 makes my life much easier.

Bluebeam appears to be booming lately. More and more people across our company are asking for it everyday

BlueBeam will do all of what you are looking for however you can use plangrid from a tablet in the field without an internet connection and it will sync when you get back to internet service.
I'm not sure if BlueBeam has that capability.
ETA:
BlueBeam does not need the internet connection and will sync when you get back to one.

Never used Plangrid but the last couple of design-build projects the GC has used BB. I've grown to really like it. Great for redlining plans and getting take-offs.
I've even set it to be my default pdf viewer. I never use Adobe Acrobat anymore. It's just easier to mark up plans in BB.

We've been using this since 9.5 I think. We've done the remote packages integrated with dedicated PM solutions and studio just to expedite shop drawings but that's about it as far as PM is concerned.
I can't say for sure if it does everything you need but it's awesome just as a pdf editor so I'd get it either way.
