Anyone read any books that helped you quit smoking?

Like books specifically about quitting smoking or a random arse book? I don't know how these things are correlated.

I quit smoking cold turkey by just quitting buying cigs. I tried everything and finally just got sick of spending so much money, always having to go into the gas station, etc. Good luck!

The easiest way is to start dipping instead.

Vaping cured me. I have been at it since 2013 and I haven't picked up a cig since. For a while I was smoking 2 PAD.

Of course, now I have a new habit, but at least the research is saying that it's much safer than smoking (though still has some risk). Another issue is that I vape up my house with big clouds which can accumulate on walls and glass (it leaves a film). However, there is no odor.

Stop being a puss. Put the shite down and tell yourself you're not getting any more.

Did it suck? Yes
13 years later I still wish I had one every now and then. As soon as that thought comes, I tell myself "Tough shite, you're not getting it".

End of story.

I never smoked, but thw knowledge of what it does to the body influences me to help others quit.

It is terrible.
