I thought I'd be happy to leave, but I'm actually pretty sad. Way sadder than I expected. I'm going to miss all the people I started to get to know, especially this past year. I wasn't very outgoing until the last two years. I realized how easy it is to make friends when you have hundreds of young people in class every other day. I'm not ready for the real world yet and dealing with adults lol.

I didn't see one win over Alabama, however. I hope the next wave of students don't have that experience!

You probably won't be seeing this for a while.

College was great and all but i enjoyed the young professional mid 20s era the best. Money in my pocket and chasing tail as opposed to being broke and chasing tail.

Now, go to grad school. The fun continues.

I witnessed a win vs the gumps in TS when I was a student. I was one of the ones leading the

"frick-you....Bam-ma" chant in the student section before kickoff and the little midget called us classless for it.

frick-you...say-ban works just as well.

I felt the same way when I finished undergrad, was real bittersweet. Wondering if it will be the same when I finish grad school.

College was definitely the best 4 years of my life, although the MBA years are up there too. They have two things in common that are so hard to match in the "real world".

One, you are surrounded by many people who are basically your age, so it's easy to meet people and make new friends. On top of that, once you have friends, everyone lives 2-3 miles away at most. In college, they often live 20-30 feet away so you don't even have to bother making plans.

Two, there is so much free time. Now in terms of finals, job interview season, term papers, etc you will have times where you can't go out for a week or so and those weeks are actually more stressful than a week in the working world. But the rest of the time, you're in class maybe 12-15 hours a week, you spend another 10 hours studying, if that, and the rest of the time, you're free.

Give me a 25 hour work week any day , and I'll gladly exchange it for a 80 hour work week once every three months

My freshman year, the LSU football team made it to the National Championship game. Then, 1/9/12 happened. Good luck in the real world though OP. Being an adult sucks WAY more than being a college kid.
