Yeah.

That's where I am.

Got tap beer, a " brewery", all kinds of shite.

I can't wait to see what the 21st century brings.

It just took 50 years to get that

You can even buy alcohol on Sunday now that isn't in a restaurant thanks for St Florian and Doozy's

Hey, St. Florian is right across the creek.

You're getting a little too close for comfort.

St. Florian is actually a unique little place, compared to the surrounding area.

A Catholic enclave, with a German background. They even have an "Octoberfest" as it were.

No culcha out this way either.

I don't know about the town but I know one girl from there.

"Church girl" always posting about Jesus and shite on Facebook, but get her alone and she's easy as hell and a total hoe. You know the type.

You live in Happy Hallow? I have two family members that live on the creek down there.

It's a pretty small town but one of the hottest women I ever banged lives there. Perfect face and body.

I hate marriage.

I'm from the area. Stay in Florence, AL.

Corinth sucks, nothing to do there. Zero night life, besides one crappy titty bar. There's a couple of good places to eat, but nothing compared to what Florence has to offer.

Downtown Florence has several really good restaurants. I recommend The Pie Factory(pizza), Ricatoni's(Italian), Rosie's Cantina(tex-mex), or City Hardware(American). A few bars in the same area, On the Rocks, Wildwood Tavern, etc. Stay at the Marriott. Relatively new hotel that overlooks the river, awesome pool, and good in-house restaurant, Swampers.

Pickwick Lake is pretty awesome. I would rent a cabin there.

Corinth was the site of two battles itself. There are some historic sites in and around the town.

If you are wanting more of a vacation, don't stay in Corinth. Like other, Florence has more options for you. There is a ton of places to visit within an hour of Florence that relate to history.

I live in Muscle Shoals, across the river from Florence, and my parents live in Iuka, east of Corinth.

As others have said... Don't stay in Corinth. Its about an hours drive down 72 from Florence. I have family in Corinth and there isn't a whole lot to do there.

I grew up in St. Florian. I'm pretty sure it's the first time I've seen anyone outside of the Times Daily mention St. Florian on the internet.

I went to school in Zip City, but there is a song out there about that jewel of a town.

there is a walmart and I believe a Red Lobster but that is about it. Pickwick Lake isn't too far away. I have been through that way a few times working at the papermill in Counce, TN.

Agreed, check out the Hampton Inn by Pickwick Lake. They may have some cabins out that way too. I don't know, I go for work and stay at the Hampton. The little store/restaurant just on the other side of the dam isn't too bad.

Then you got Freddy's just down the road, you can try to bag yourself a sugar grandma.

If you go to 'mauga I would plan on at least 1 full day there.
The firearm collection in the museum in itself is an amazing few hours. Be sure to catch the new film in the VC as well and catch any of the tours led by jim ogden or any of the other rangers if they are doing them that day. Truly is an amazing, but confusing place. That battle was confusing but huge.
