Any ideas on best way to get gallon or two out my built in bay boat tank. Every year I suck out a gallon or so before first trip after winter. The fuel pick up in the tank is on the bottom and want to draw fuel out through the fuel line before water separator. It is very slow to prime bulb fuel out squeeze by squeeze thinking fuel vacuum that fits in fuel line or ?

You can get a relatively cheap 12V automotive fuel pump and rig up something with some fuel lines and a battery. I've made small transfer pumps for gasoline and kerosene with Posi-flo 12V low pressure pumps that are about $30.

Never tried one -- if it works it will probably be a "once and done" if used to pump gasoline.
