does. I live in a good town with good cops. We know almost all of them. I guess being sheeple is following the law, having family values, and respecting that law?
But again, we're not the ones going to jail.
There's a whole lot of naivete in your line of thought. I doubt you see it though. I remember when I believed our govt only did bad things to bad people too. Don't let me rain on your parade, though. If it works for you then kudos.

One was a civil servant trying to do his job. The other was in a relationship with the person who lived in his home.
Complete and total difference as said by the LAW.

If you hit a cop; you are going to get dealt with.
Because to be honest if I hit him, he'd be in rough shape.
But we are not talking about me hitting a cop, are we.
We are supposedly talking about a tipsy petite coed in spike heels and a miniskirt.
Got it?
So let me ask you Errerrerrwere, given those circumstances, what are the odds the girl in the video could so much as lay a glove on you? Seriously, what are the odds?
Yet you're trying to say that cop got "hit"?
By that wobbly girl in heels and a miniskirt?
Really?
Because if his reflexes are that God-awful, he damn well needs a desk job somewhere.

It does. Thanks. That's why I don't live in New Orleans. Or New York. Or big near the ghettos.
You see; I find it safer out here. You should try it.

I think he's implying he felt threatened by her. That's what justified the reaction.

So ... this karate super woman kicking ten men's asses thing that Hollywood brainwashes the girls with these days - it's not true? Women really are not physical equals to men?
Huh. Go figure.
Somebody maybe needs to tell the girls the facts of life so fewer of them will be tempted to physically challenge the men and, instead, they go back to using their feminine wiles to influence us.
And I raised three daughters ... while I do not agree with what the Cop did, the girl should've backed off. Notice how when men get body slammed, and worse, for doing the same thing, no one says anything - and rightfully so. But women - they're supposed to get free passes?
Don't frick with the cops. It's a simple rule.

Hell, Richard Simmons would not have felt threatened by that girl.

But you keep #resisting because you once stood in a BLM protest.
You clearly haven't read much of my work on here.
There's a fine line between reasonable reactions by a cop and some idiot body slamming a 100lb girl down because she resisted his 10/hr authority.

She should've been arrested and charged. That doesn't mean she should be assaulted and body slammed.

Oh. I know you big Road House bouncer.

I see it as a trashy woman whose drunk showed out and she was dealt with after hitting a POLICE OFFICER.

I don't know. I probably would have left her somewhere before it escalated.

Seriously. I don't know. I wasn't there. But I would have no shame leaving her all by herself or stranded on the side of the road had she become drunk and violent.

I don't care who it is. Man or a woman. You cannot assault a police officer. Imagine if after this women would be allowed to strike officers?
I wasn't raised by an inner-city mother who also hates cops. Nor do I experience white-guilt because others have. So, again, me and my family will never have to worry about this bullshite.

sweet. neither were any of the posters in this thread. we're just pointing out that there's a fine line between reasonable reaction and approving of some thug in uniform's actions.

There is no fine line ever to strike an officer. Ever. When did hating cops and our country become the cool and hip thing to do?

Sure. And the criminal justice system would've penalized this lady in court.

I'm a small government conservative, I hate seeing any and all abuses of government power, even when the actor is wearing blue. Congrats on supporting government sponsored thuggery.

You can have respect for police officers and still hold them to high standards. There are many incidents in which officers use excessive force or brutality. I don't think that is present here, but it happens and should be exposed.

You've seen 30 seconds of a clip. You weren't there nor have you heard the whole story; yet, you are trying to knight for a drunk girl.

He body slammed a 100lb girl who was not a threat to him. I'd say quit playing dumb but clearly it is not an act.

I agree with this. But if you're drunk, belligerent, and violent; it's probably not going to end well for you.
Man or woman.

Read above. Drunk, not following orders, and assault on a police officer. I'm sure there's a felony in there somewhere.
Go get laid man. Your chivalry is showing.

Oh I know that from personal experience.

Fortunately for me I don't. I remember getting a DWI. I didn't get my shite kicked in because I just shut the frick up.
Good thing too, because I got off of it for lack of evidence.
A good lawyer will always tell you to just shut the frick up and not say anything.
Someone should have taught that girl that lesson.
