I'm not exactly sure it was all GLO's fault. GLO doesn't own any planes and used a charter company for planes and flight crews. The article says GLO questioned CFM about its operations and business practices and they in turn pulled their contract. GLO was probably upset about cancelations and things like that hurting its brand. I guess you leave yourself open to things like that when you don't operate your own planes. Maybe they quickly find a replacement operator or another carrier can come in, because it does seem like the market was growing.

According to the Advocate, GLO received permission to continue flying and will honor bookings and tickets. That is really good news for them.
