Does he have his FAA license? Because that makes a difference.

If he doesn't have a license and is out there as an amateur, then yeah, he's opening himself up to some legal trouble.

My friend from Atlanta has that Maverick drone that thing takes beautiful video. I believe he does have his license though he got reported by a neighbor in his neighborhood.

The guy was a lawyer too.
