Hypothetical: Pels land a top 3 pick in the lottery. Who do we draft?

Taking the convo away from our usual gloom and doom - "Fire Demps" "Fire Gentry" "We have no guards" "Gordon Hayward likes gumbo - 2017 Pels Lock" - and say we miss the playoffs and land a top 3 pick (optimism)

Right now the top prospects (arguably) in no particular order:
Lorenzo Ball
Markelle Fultz
Josh Jackson
Malik Monk
Jonathon Issac

My opinion for this off-season is guards, guards, and more guards. Ideally those guards move well without the ball, space, facilitate, shoot well, and play some defense (not too much to ask for right?). If we have a draft pick it should be no different. And for me, it comes down to Ball vs Fultz. If we land the third pick, and both Ball and Fultz are off the board then I'm not sure what we do because I haven't spend enough time watching these other players in the draft. So Ill stick with these 2.

If we keep Jrue, I think Lorenzo Ball is the first choice for this particular team. No disrespect to Fultz but I see Ball and Jrue complimenting one another very well. Fultz doesn't have the talent around him that Ball has so I'm sure that skews the stats and my pedestrian "eye-ball" test, BUT Ball shoots with much efficiency, looks for open guys before shooting, and seems like he can command an offense. He also paces the floor a little more slowly than Fultz which is the direction the Pels offense should be trending.

Fultz on the other hand is reminds me of Damian Lillard. So he can absolutely ball at the NBA level but he would play best with guards that space the floor. Add that to the fact that our offense needs to go through AD and Boogie, and I'm not sure Fultz has a "pass first" mentality (again maybe it's bc he's in Washington) or moves as well without the ball. I think he needs the ball in his hand and he would only work if we got rid of Jrue.

I have a feeling this will become a "resign Jrue/don't resign Jrue" thread but that's ok. So anyway y'all have heard my 2 cents. What do y'all think about the best fit in the draft for the current Pelicans?

Ball or Fultz if either is available. Then let Holiday walk.

In the event we keep our pick, Demps will most likely trade it. Whether you think that's the right/wrong move is up for debate, but his history with draft picks suggest that it will be traded.

Land top 3 pick.
Re-Sign Jrue Holiday

On draft night, draft whoever Utah or Chicago wants
Trade that player and unprotected 2020(?) pick for Hayward or Butler

consider it the big 3.5

Without question we would trade it. For a B+ level player.

And we would then sign a PG to pair with Jrue going offball.

In my delusional fantasies we trade the #1 pick, 2020 pick, Etwaun Moore and Asik for Jimmy butler and then we sign Patty Mills. Mills/Holiday/Butler/AD/Boog

And then I wake up.

Lonzo Ball is the most impressive college guard I've seen in a very long time.
