Nick Cage's hillbilly accent is hilariously bad and this corny dialogue makes it worse.
"Tell er I luv er. She's muh humminbird. I just couldn't leave a man buhind."
Bunch of stuff blows up though.

I always thought how awful it is was intentional. Just mindless, dumb, funny shite. I think it's great. If it tried to be a little more serious, then it would have been truly awful.
