On mobile, so I can't link, but Ultimate Death Battle already did this. Batman won. No worries, Spider-Man avenged him.

Batman wins because, as has been discussed, Batman will use some obscure plot device to always win, even if he were to fight a near god like Superman.

Taking that out, and basing it solely on fighting ability and personal strengths, Cap wins without breaking a sweat.

That's why Batman in a world of superheroes is fricking stupid and I will bang this drum til the end of my days. A Justice League with Batman is a joke. Stupid stupid stupid

There's a reason they kept removing Bruce from the Cape and Cowl over the last few years. Gordon, Dick, etc.

Bruce became a plot device. And a bad one.

Batman is an all time great character when taking on gangs, a corrupt system, nutjobs, etc. He's one of the worst characters when really superpowered characters are introduced. That said, complaining about him taking on superman isn't really legitimate. For being near invulnerable, he has an easily exploitable weakness tailor made for someone like Batman.

Indeed, I mean Lex Luthor is Superman's arch nemesis and his attributes are being a resourceful and well-to-do genius correct?

Exactly. And that works because of kryptonite and superman's resistance to killing him. If Bruce Wayne were evil he'd be very similar to Luthor.

Captain America doesn't have the obvious weakness Superman has. And while Batman is super smart and has access to all these weapons, so did Stark. His dad and his industry made most of the big weapons for the US. Captain America wins this one. I think it's a decent fight but Batman fatigues much faster and will lose.

The better fight would be Batman v Iron Man.

captain America easily.

Almost any hero or villain with actual powers would kill him easily. And some without powers (iron man). I don't care who he beat in comics. The writers will and do obviously make him win but he would lose to most everyone.

Well that's completely your loss then as Justice League wouldn't have had as many amazing stories as they did without Batman.

Superman wouldn't have had a great friendship with Batman to ground him in reality and give him more human point of views if you had your way.

This same thing is apparent when The Flash shows up in the Arrow series.

Cap wins this easily. He outclasses Batman in every physical measure.

Batman wins theses matchups because he's that stubborn little guy that doesn't accept that he's got no chance, and the other guy doesn't bother with it. Like Superman said in the recent movie, "if I wanted, you'd be dead already". All those fancy kryptonite gadgets and spears would not have made a difference if Supes simply incinerated him or flew into him at Mach 20.

The problem with a match against Cap, is that Cap has the same attitude; at heart he's still the scrawny Brooklyn kid who "can do this all day", and now he has the body to go with it. If Cap can fall off a 10 story building, say "ow", and then get up, then Bats can't KO him.

If the two of them all of a sudden decided to duke it out Cap would win.
But if they knew they were going to fight even a little before hand, than I think Batman would win. He's taken on plenty of super humans before, and his key talent is being probably the best strategist out there.

I call bullshite on this. Batman's good at ambushing unsuspecting people, that's all.

Batman can spend years planning on taking Superman down. But if Superman ever seriously spent one minute and decided Batman had to die, he'd fly up into orbit and incinerate him. If the Flash decided Batman had to go, he'd stroll in, stick a knife in his jugular, and go have a cup of coffee before Batman would hit the ground.
If Captain America "prepped", he'd learn that Batman is sneaky and does a lot of deception, but he's a normal human. He'd draw the fight into an open area, away from any stashed items there might be around, and fight cautiously until there's a clean opening (based on his own physical prowess). As soon as he has Batman off-balance he'd blitz him and finish him off fast.
Batman has no core villain in his lineup that matches what Cap brings to the table, the physical part owns the rest.

Imagine Ronda Rousey at her prime fighting Mike Tyson in his prime. Like Mike used to say, "everyone has a plan until they get hit".

Batman's more than Rousey, you say... but remember, Cap is way more than Tyson. One good punch to the jaw, and Batman is toast. If not straight-up unconscious, he's dazed, and a Cap going all-out to win finishes with a flurry.

Batman's an interesting character, but the mental gymnastics the writers go through to let him win is annoying.

Okay, but Flash is even quicker than Superman. So all he would need to do is get a little kryptonite and cut Superman's throat with it right? He could cut Cap's throat or the Hulk's throat, etc.

So Flash > unbeatable?

Yes Flash should be able to beat almost anyone else. Flash with kryptonite should kill Superman easily. Flash with a pocketknife should kill most others.

Well, since you asked... cutting the Hulk's throat shouldn't do as much as the Hulk sticking a gun in his mouth and pulling the trigger. Going by the movies (Avengers), he did that and just spit the bullet out. Hulk heals. I don't know if the Hulk has a damage threshold where he breaks down; if he does, he will lose. The Flash can simply literally whittle him down. But if he just keeps regenerating and getting angrier, there's no finishing shot the Flash has.
As long as the Flash has the endurance, he holds out. But sooner or later, he will tire out, and one landed blow finishes him off.

Vs Superman- he's faster in some versions, but not in all, and not necessarily by a lot. And Supes has flight, heat vision, FAR greater durability and the lack of concern with breathing to factor in. And don't forget the super-heightened senses, he can detect things around the globe if he wants to, so he can hear the Flash coming. So depending on how much difference in speed there is, Superman can likely tank out and eventually land a hit. Remember, "kryptonite" is necessary to keep him from being totally invincible at every level.

But also consider, regarding the Flash, you can't lose if you never get hit. As long as he faces someone he can damage, he will win.

I thought DC did something awhile back, with "evil" Superman (Superboy Prime). That dude kicked everyone's arse, but he couldn't handle the Flash, until he got tired and slowed down.
